The NIWHOA is very busy working
on numerous issues in the community. I would like to remind you the NIW Board of Director’s are a non-paid group of fellow homeowners that have dedicated their time and effort for the betterment of our community. We have established a Fining Committee for the NIWHOA
Gate Transponder Reprogramming
If your remote has not been reprogrammed on or after July 19, 2011 it will no longer open the gate.
If you do not get your remotes properly programmed you must use the guest lane and give the guard proper identification for entry into the community.
