Nautica Isles West Clubhouse 7:00pm
Mr. Gibson brought the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. He advised those assembled that the sole purpose of the special meeting was the hurricane assessment.
Mr. Eimer advised homeowners that there would be a one-time hurricane assessment for each household in Nautica Isles West for the 2006 budget. He then outlined items to be repaired due to damage from Hurricane Wilma. These issues including lighting, landscaping, and fencing. A discussion ensued on how the $45 assessment fee was determined by the board of directors. Mr. Del Valle, seconded by Mr. Eimer, made a motion to approve the $45 hurricane assessment for the 2006 budget. The board unanimously approved the $45 hurricane assessment.
Mr. Eimer, seconded by Mr. Heron, motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:25pm. The meeting unanimously adjourned. The next regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2006, 7:00pm, at Diamond View Elementary School.
