1. Call to Order:

Mr. Heron brought the meeting to order at 7:15 pm.

2. Determination of Quorum:

The board of directors determined that there was not a quorum of homeowners in attendance and via proxy.

3. Adjourn meeting:

Mr. Del Valle, seconded by Mr. Eimer, motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:20pm due to the lack of a quorum. The meeting unanimously adjourned. Mr. Heron announced the annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 7:00pm, at Diamond View Elementary School.
