Annual Board Meeting - June 28, 2006

AGENDA

1. Call to Order:

Mr. Heron brought the meeting to order at 7:30 pm.

2. Determination of Quorum:

The board of directors determined that there was not a quorum of homeowners in attendance and via proxy.

a. Vote

Mr. Heron asked the homeowners in attendance to vote for two candidates to fill the vacancies on the board. (Mr. Gibson, president of the homeowners association resigned from the board of directors, and another board member vacancy from an earlier resignation.) Mr. Heron announced that the board would consider the homeowners’ votes as a recommendation to fill the vacancies. He explained that the board would hold a mock election, based on the results of the vote, which would take place during the board of directors meeting. The board would then appoint the individuals elected during the annual meeting.

b. Results

The candidates briefly discussed their backgrounds and explained their interest in serving on the board of directors. The two candidates with the most votes were Michele Gibson and Brigitte Yero.

3. Adjourn meeting:

Mr. Del Valle, seconded by Mr. Eimer, motioned to adjourn the meeting at 7:55pm. The meeting unanimously adjourned.
