Checks paid - approved.
4. Property Manager report:
Treadmill calls - Electrician called to solve the issue
Violations.
Speed patrol.
Speed Bumps to be installed.
Pool Pumps - Cost to replace.
Tru Security - no increase in cost.
Accounting Audit to be conducted.
5. Officer Warren Report:
08/04/2007 Theft reported.
08/07/2007 Burglary, auto.
12 Alarm calls - No issues, false alarms.
6. Tru Security Report:
Kids caught trespassing.
6 Cones were stolen.
Parking pass program - restructure.
Light timers - reset to 9 PM.
7. Propane Tank Mediation:
Will be left up to the community to vote on.
8. New Business:
Classified Ads proposal - Approved by Board.
Top Cut Proposal $750.00 - Approved by Board.
Soccer Field Proposal - Declined by Board.
9. Fining Committee:
Proposed to Board to fine offenders from last month and this month - Approved by Board.
Foreclosed properties - Community to maintain lawn.
Maintain Foreclosed homes - Approved by Board.
Resident Comments:
Roof Tiles on homes need to be replaced.
Pool Issues.
Non residents in the community using Clubhouse and pool areas.
Commercial Vehicles at night - need to get fines.
