Update board on open proposals.6. New Business:
New property Manager (Joel) to drive by the properties for updating on the Fining letters to be sent out to the community.7. New bids for a new cleaning company, seek new vendors.
8. Voted to give Lucy's cleaning service 30 days notice, effective December 31 termination of contract.
9. Voted to terminate contract with Commercial Sound, not to be replaced.
