Board Minutes - January 15, 2008

Nautica Isles West Clubhouse 7:00pm

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by our President

2. Approval of the November Meeting Minutes

3. Discussion of how GRS failed to give us our mail, which had many payments for quarter dues, which in turn created late notices to go out, homeowners are to disregard the late notices

4. Reiterated the new address to be used for Homeowners to mail in their quarter payment

5. Property Manager report:

1. Elsa told us Homeowners who call in for questions, their calls will be returned within 24 hours
2. Banking report
3. Update on how many Homeowners are unpaid
4. Clean up, update from GRS
5. 200 late fee letters were mailed out 01/18/2008
6. New cleaning company for clubhouse

6. Renters policy - establish guidelines

7. Approval of Architecture Control requisitions - quicker process

8. Tru Security report - Police report and unsupervised children discussion

9. Credit Card Vote - For a Board member to have use of a credit card for incidentals

10. New Business :

1. Payment plans, in extreme situations
2. Establish Policy and guidelines for such situations
3. Motion made and passed to form such committee
4. Renting of the card room
5. Rental Parking - Pursue a policy to establish a program to private vehicles for a monthly rental term
6. How the fining letters and committee will be handled
