5. New Business:

1. Speed Bumps - Approval to order new speed bumps to replace broken. Approval to order a different style of speed bump. Discussion of adding a few extra speed bumps to Nautica Isles Blvd
2. Collection program - motion passed to start a process of a new collection program for debts owed to the community
3. Landscaping - Have the coconuts cut down and palm leaves trimmed from the smaller palms
4. Postpone pressure cleaning of the tennis courts and common areas
5. Rooms for rent, signs and ads in newspapers

6. Resident comments:

1. Home on Wellcraft: Have yellow auction sign removed
2. Fining letters for residents who leave their trash cans outside
3. Small cats running around in the community
