Board Minutes - April 30,2008

Nautica Isles West Clubhouse 7:00pm

1. Meeting was called to order.

2. We could not determine a quorum.

3. March's meeting minutes approved.

4. Property Managers report.

5. New Business:

1. Fining committee recommended 15 Homes to be fined.
2. Pressure cleaning of the tennis courts and common areas – canceled.
3. Schedule a meeting with Tru Security - Monday May 12th at 7 PM.

   6. Old Business:

   1. Speed bumps: arrived and will be installed.
   2. Evenings: Power to the tennis courts and basketball courts after dark will not be turned on.
   3. Towing: Keeping the towing company on a 30 day basis contract.

      7. Election: Next Board election will be October 2008

      8. Adjournment
