1. Meeting was called to order.

2. We could not determine a quorum.

3. May’s meeting minutes approved.

4. Property Managers report and Financials.

5. New Business:

1. Entry security lock for clubhouse – Board decided not to repair for this month.
2. Entry restriction to friends, family to homes who are 60 day past on their dues.
3. Attorney’s response to restricting – approved.
4. Towing Company Issues.
5. Additional mailers, postcards for reminders for dues.
6. Athletic program for kids in the community.
7. Requesting bid on electrical entry.
