Board Minutes - January 28, 2009

Nautica Isles West Clubhouse 8:00pm

1. Meeting was called to order.

2. Determine a quorum.

3. December's meeting minutes approved.

4. Officer Warren's Report: Gave handout of new scams in the area.

1. He offered FREE HOME SECURITY checks for our residents. The security check is performed by Officer Warren and will take about 20 minutes to complete. Residents may call 561-642-2133 to set an appointment.

5. New Business:

1. Sprinkler heads being broken on the Boulevard
2. New cameras were installed and working
3. Speed bumps - getting bids for installation
4. Towing Company Issues.
5. Parking and towing violations, due to residents parking on the grass
6. Laws of the Community for children playing in the street, riding their bicycles in the street

6.Old Business:

1. Collections - account receivable

7. Adjournment: Meeting was adjourned early due to residents arguing with the board on various issues
