Nautica Isles West Clubhouse 7:30pm

1. Meeting was called to order.

2. January meeting minutes were approved

3. Officer Warren's Report:

1. Gave handout of Cyber safety for Kids Online: A parent's Guide. He told us we had 2 property Crimes, both on February 10, 2009. He spoke about a process called Vin Etching Program, which is an imprint of your VIN number. He can set up a date in the Community to have the VIN number etched into your ear window.

4. Property Managers report and Financials.

1. 57 Homes Delinquent, at the attorney's office

5. New Business:

1. Plant/Tree replacement - Approved Top Cut's Bid
2. Extra work for the pool - Safety Vac Pump
3. Speed bumps - getting bids for installation
4. Fence repair - 2 more bids needed.
5. Annual Meeting date - April 22,2009 at 7:00 PM, Board up for reelection
6. Fining committee will have their Fining meetings one Tuesday a month
7. Resident Questions: Can the Board Meetings be Video Taped - Board approved reque
8. Resident Questions: Can we look into the allegation of the Towing Company ''stacking'' cars
9. Resident Questions: Can the Board request photo's of the cars towed within 48 hours, evidence by email after a car is towed - Board Approved request

1. Parking and towing violations, due to residents parking on the grass.
