1. Call meeting to order 7:00 P.M. and determination of quorum
- President, Art Heron

2. Community Updates by Officer Warren
- Home was burglarized during the day, no alarm was set
- 5 Auto break In's
3. Approval of September Minutes – September minutes approved.
4. Financial Status Report
- Collections have been positive. We are ending the third quarter in the positive, first time in two years.
- Four more foreclosures received this week.
5. Pool Maintenance
- Iguanas are a constant problem and the pool with their droppings
6. Old or New Business
- November and December meeting schedule. We will not have a meeting in November. the budget meeting will be December 2, 2009
- Homeowner requested that the nightly parking permits be changed to clearly state “one night parking pass.” Board is in agreement.
- Effective November 1, monthly parking passes will be able to be purchased at $50/month. Full restrictions will be drafted and implemented before allowing the purchase of the pass. A limited number of spaces will be available on a first come basis, if there is overwhelming response NIWHOA may institute a lottery for each month.
