Annual Board Election – April 2, 2010

Nautica Isles West Clubhouse 7:00p.m.

1. Call meeting to order 7:00p.m.

• President – Art Heron
• Vice President – Jennifer McGhee
• Treasurer – Suzan Leventhal-Bignell
• Member – Howard Eimer

2. The Annual Board Election was to be held, due to lack of member quorum the meeting is continued to a date in June, to be announced at the May meeting.

3. Appointment of Board Member

Lori Valle was appointed by the Board to fill the current Board vacancy until the continuation Board Meeting in June or until the next annual election if no quorum is achieved at the reconvened 2010 Annual Meeting in June.

4. Adjournment 8:00 p.m. motion by Art, second by Jennifer.
