Board of Directors Meeting – April 20, 2011

Nautica Isles West Clubhouse 7:00p.m.

1. Call meeting to order 7:17p.m.

• Vice President – Jennifer McGhee

• Treasurer – Lori Valle
• Member – Howard Eimer

2. March Minutes were approved

3. Gate Computer

a. Move forward to purchase same computer hardware that is currently in use.

4. FOB Pricing

• a. New procedures
• i. 1st & 2nd Keyfobs even exchange for 2 keys
• ii. 1st & 2nd Keyfobs without a key $25 each
• iii. 3rd Keyfob – no exchange $50 each
• iv. Replacement Keyfob

• 1. With Keyfob shutoff $25

• 2. Replacement without shutoff $50

5. Parking Issues

• a. Motion to approve no straddling the sidewalk. Security will ask them to move if not they will be ticketed with orange sticker for fining. All in favor.
