2. Discussion of each line item in the budget

a. Reduction of quarterly maintenance from $567 to $540

3. Jennifer McGhee motioned to approve budget with a reduction for 2012 Maintenance Fees Suzan Leventhal-Bignell and Howard Eimer in favor, Lori Valle obstained from voting

4. Adjournment 10:30 a.m.
