Architecture Control Committee

Planning on doing something new to your home?

If you plan any exterior work to your home, you must first receive approval from the Nautica Isles West Architecture Control Committee. Specific guidelines, procedures and downloadable forms are provided in the links listed below or by contacting Nautica Isles West HOA at (561) 433-0950. Please remember if you plan to plant a new tree, adding a screened enclosure, painting your house or whatever your improvement may be, please make sure to receive approval FIRST from the Nautica Isles West Architecture Control Committee.

Please make sure all of the necessary requirements are completed on the form before you are submitted them to the Architecture Control Committee. This will ensure prompt review of your proposed homeowner changes. Architectural Control Committee: This committee reviews homeowner requests for landscaping, swimming pools, fences, and more. The guidelines are established in the bylaws and by the Town of Greenacres.

The Architecture Control Committee shall meet once every month to review all proposals. Upon review by the Architecture Control Committee the applicant shall receive written notification of approval or denial from committee within 30 days from the ACC review meeting.
