The Pavilion is not reserved until the Application and the Deposit has been received by the HOA Office and you have a receipt.
How do I get my recycling bins?

What’s the Garbage Pick Up Schedule?
- Regular Garbage is picked up on Tuesday & Friday
- Bulk Trash Pick up is only on Friday
- Recycling Pick Up is only on Friday
- Yard Waste Pick Up is only on Wednesday
IMPORTANT NOTE: The recreation dumpster by the tennis courts is for trash from the recreation area ONLY. It is not for use by individual homeowners to dispose of unwanted items, large boxes or any trash. Disposing of this improperly dumped trash is costly to each homeowner as special collections must be made at nearly $500 per incident. In the future, any homeowner found using the dumpster for personal use will be charged the cost of the collection service.

How do I inform Security at the Nautica Isles West entrance gate of an invited guest?
Call Tru Security at (561) 433-8856
IMPORTANT NOTE: This number uses a computer-generated system to register your guest at the front gate. To activate the system you will need to have completed a Security Information Form. On the form you will need to fill out a 5-digit pin number. Once the Security Information Form is given to Tru Security, they will then activate the pin number. Should you need a Security Information form please contact Nautica Isles West HOA at (561) 433-0950.

Can I park my car on the local street in front of my house?
You are allowed to park your vehicle either in your garage or your
driveway. Vehicles parked in the street are subject to ticketing and
towing.
Can I park my car overnight in the clubhouse parking lot?
Can I park my car overnight in the clubhouse parking lot? Effective 3/23/2006 taking into consideration the need for guest parking in our community the NIWHOA has developed a parking permit program enabling the homeowners to park overnight in the clubhouse parking lot. Print out the

What is the speed limit in the Nautica Isles West Community?
The speed limit on Nautica Isles Boulevard is 25 MPH. The speed limit on the local streets in the Nautica Isles West community is 15 MPH. Failure of homeowners or visitors to obey speed limits will result in permission being allowed by the Nautica Isles West Board of Directors to the City of Greenacres Police force to enter the Nautica Isles West community and monitor speeds throughout the streets in the property and issue citations.
Can mini-motorcycles or pocket cycles, go-carts and motorized scooters (any non-licensed vehicle) be ridden in the community?
All described vehicles in the question are PROHIBITED from operation anywhere within our community. This is a Nautica Isles West rule as well as a law in the City of Greenacres. Parents are responsible for their children, please do not operate or allow your children to operate such equipment in our community.
I witnessed acts of vandalism or a crime in the community, what can I do?
You are encouraged to report any suspicious or deliberate acts in the Nautica Isles West community. You can do three things –
- Call 911 and report to the police
- Call Nautica Isles West HOA at (561) 433-0950 and report the incident of vandalism to the Property Mgr. All information provided to Nautica Isles West HOA keep all acts of vandalism reported confidential.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE QUESTIONS
My house is on a lake what are my maintenance responsibilities?
My house is on a lake what are my maintenance responsibilities?
Homeowners on the lake are responsible for mowing & fertilizing the lake
bank easement at the rear end of their home. The sprinkler system on the
easement is on the Nautica Isles West Homeowner Association system – any
maintenance to this system is to be done by the Association. However any
damage done to the sprinkler system by the homeowner will result in the
homeowner being responsible for any repairs.

South - From North Palm Beach, Martin or Saint Lucie County Traveling on I95:
Take I-95 South to Lantana Road (exit 61) and make a right onto Lantana Road, proceed west on Lantana Road until you reach Haverhill Road and make a right onto Haverhill Road. Proceed north on Haverhill Road (for about a ½ mile) until you reach Nautica Isles Boulevard (Diamond View Elementary School will be on the right hand side across from Nautica Isles Boulevard) and make a left. Proceed west onto Nautica Isles Boulevard and approach the Nautica Isles West gate. The visitor’s entrance is on the left lane of the entrance.
North - From Broward or Miami - Dade County Traveling on I95:
