Fining Committee

The purpose of the Fining Committee is to set fines levied by the Nautica Isles West Homeowners Association on homeowners or invitees for violation of any Nautica Isles West Covenants, and Bylaws.

The Committee may approve a fine as levied, decrease it or decide that the fine is not appropriate at all. The fining committee will provide an update of activities to the Nautica Isles West Board of Directors on a monthly basis. Enforcement of the decisions made by the Fining Committee shall be done by Nautica Isles West HOA.
